Damn Speech Do not watch this if you will be offended by hearing someone say "G** Dammit."
The Context in brief:
For several years Harry had been preparing to push for a referendum (an excess levy) to raise money locally for the Duluth Schools. On the eve of deciding whether to hold a referendum terrorists crashed planes into the World Trade Towers. Exactly one week after the attack the School Board met to decide whether to offer the referendum. Emotions were still raw.
This speech was deeply felt and completely off the cuff. Although, like Abraham Lincoln, Harry prefers to make light of deeply felt issues Harry could make just as serious a speech about the National Debt, America's disastrous foreign policy or the desperation of America's neediest citizens.
